Introduction
The Southern Ethiopia Regional Government has recently established the 12th regional state of the federation, and the executive bodies of the region have been reorganized under Proclamation No. 3/2015, Article 9/22/. One of the newly established sector offices is the Justice Bureau. The Bureau has been entrusted with the tasks and organization and procedures for youth from the region to the A service that meets the needs of the previous administrative levels of families, ensures the rule of law required in the center, and meets the needs of the community, which is efficient and accessible, and meets the needs of the service user community. In order to provide and satisfy the needs of the users, it is hoped that a consistent institutional arrangement will be developed and implemented from region to woreda by exchanging experiences with other peer regions, incorporating the experiences gained, and adapting them to the actual conditions of our region.
